Hi!

I would like to introduce myself.  I am a mom to one amazing daughter, two spoiled dogs (one rottweiler, one goofy german pointer) and one brave feline.  I share these awesome beings with my fiance. We love cooking together, fishing, camping, hunting (unsuccessfully on my part as of yet), and any other excuse we can find to be outside.  Finding that work/ life balance is always a challenge but so far so good.

Life story in a nutshell:

I believe in the power of the universe to reveal our intended path through lots of seemingly wrong turns.  Before becoming a stylist I earned a degree in fine art from DCAD.  After which, as many art students do, I worked as a server in several high end restaurants while going back to college for a "real job" aka mental health counseling.  A career in counseling wasn't for me, too much paperwork, too much frustration.  This is when I finally decided to do what I really loved, makeup and hair. However these experiences taught me three things; the value of good craftsmanship, the worth of a dollar, and that service is an uplifting profession.
